Ordering from supplier, wholesaler, and distributor Biocare Products – how does it work?

Are you already a customer, or would you like to become one and are curious about how the ordering process works at Biocare Products, your supplier and wholesaler of natural skincare? We've made it simple and efficient, so you can quickly order and use our products. Here's how it works:

Ordering – step by step

Log in to your account or easily create a new account for your first order. 
Once your account is created, we optimize your profile and personally contact you for an initial introduction. For some brands, you can order immediately after registration, while others require approval due to specific distribution conditions.

Finding products

After creating your account, you can browse our wide assortment online. Easily navigate through products by category or brand, or use the search function by entering a product name or EAN code.

Selecting products

Select the desired products by entering the quantity; these will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

Checking your cart

Done shopping? Check the contents of your shopping cart and adjust your order if necessary. This ensures a complete and correct order.

Confirming and paying for your order

Confirm your order, finalize it, and pay securely online. Immediately after completing the process, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

Shipping – fast delivery of carefully packaged orders

As a supplier and wholesaler of natural skincare and makeup, we consider fast delivery essential, but we also place great value on careful packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same business day. Ordering after 12:00 PM or on a non-business day? No problem – your order will be shipped the next business day. Once your order is ready for shipment and handed over to PostNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to see exactly when to expect your package!

Please note: during busier periods, delivery services may take a bit longer. However, we always ensure that your order is carefully and quickly on its way.

Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? You are most welcome to collect your order from our location. This allows you to pick up your products at a time that suits you. Please indicate this in the comments field when placing your order. Pickup is available Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

From our warehouse to your door

At Biocare Products, your reliable supplier and wholesaler of natural skincare and makeup, we ensure that your order arrives quickly and affordably, whether you're located in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg. We deliver from our own warehouse, a conscious choice to not work with fulfillment companies but to invest in our inventory management, space, and staff, enabling us to respond quickly and efficiently.

Shipping costs per country

Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €350. For orders below this amount, we charge €6.95 in shipping costs.
Belgium: free shipping on orders over €400. For orders below this amount, we charge €8.50 in shipping costs.
Luxembourg: free shipping on orders over €450. For orders below this amount, we charge €13.95 in shipping costs.

All prices in our web store are excluding VAT and are displayed in euros. VAT is added later in the ordering process and is clearly shown on your invoice.
