Ordering
View the steps for the ordering process on the webshop below. Or look at the bottom of this page for a detailed description.
• Login or create an account if you want to place your first order.
• Search the products by category or by brand.
• In the search function you can enter a name or EAN-code.
• enter the number and the articles are automatically placed in the shopping cart.
• Everything complete? Go to the shopping cart.
• Here you can make any adjustments to your order.
• Confirm, send and pay for your order.
• You will receive an order confirmation on the email address you provided.
Shipping
Orders ordered before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on a non-working day, will be shipped the next working day.
It is also possible to pick up your order on location. Collection is possible Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 16:30 and Friday between 09:00 and 13:30.
As soon as we have prepared your package and delivered it to PostNL, you will receive send us a shipping confirmation with a track and trace code. This way you can see exactly when your package will be delivered.
Shipping costs
Above an order amount of € 200, - we ship postage free.
The prices stated in our webshop are exclusive of VAT and the currency is euro. The VAT is stated separately later in the process and separately on the invoice.
Different rates apply for shipments outside the Netherlands. For more information about these rates, please contact us.
